At the heart of my therapy practice is the belief that each individual has their own unique way of communicating and expressing themselves. Whether you communicate through your words, creativity, or a combination of both, my approach is centered around fostering a trusting, compassionate, and unconditionally accepting environment. By meeting you where you thrive, I aim to create a space where you can feel seen and heard.  My therapy methodology is built on the foundation of authentic human connection, judgment-free creative expression, and learning to love and accept all parts of yourself.

In my practice, I will help you identify and lovingly accept the different parts of yourself. I help foster deep self-awareness, allowing you to harmonize any conflicting emotions and thoughts. As we nurture each part, you'll find greater inner peace and clarity, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with a newfound sense of balance and self love.

Supporting your journey to growth & change is what I'm here for. Whether you are grappling with internal conflicts or seeking to transform barriers, my goal is to offer support tailored to your unique goals and communication style.  I invite you to contact me to see if we are a good fit to work together towards your path to healing and transformation.

I earned a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy and Art Therapy Psychology degree Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelors degree from University of California, Santa Barbara in Art Studio.

While working on my Master's degree at Notre Dame de Namur University, I focused on examining how art-making can be used to explore and gain self-understanding, self-acceptance, and a more solid sense of identity leading to an improvement in overall sense of well-being and improvement in mood.

After my graduation, I worked at homeless shelters in San Francisco supporting single adults facing a multitude of psychosocial and mental health struggles.

After moving to Idaho, I worked with troubled teens in a wilderness and adventure therapy program, further solidifying my passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and improved communication between family members.
